Full Job Description Position Overview:
The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies targeted at commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. This role leads and mentors the sales team, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures sales efforts align with industry regulations, client risk management needs, and Company sales and profitability goals. This role also collaborates with marketing and operations to achieve growth objectives.Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement successful sales strategies that are aligned with Company goals. Identify new business opportunities, products and markets. Oversee and drive growth of a pipeline of qualified prospects and customer add-on sales. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Manage the commercial sales team to success through training, mentoring and performance coaching. Work with each salesperson individually to develop specific sales plans that align with product and territory goals and objectives. Set individual and team sales goals, including promotional sales programs to emphasize sales for designated products and services. Mentor salespeople for success in their role. Address underperformance with coaching and training. Onboard and train new sales team members. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders, representing at all times the Company values of integrity, respect and quality. Resolve client issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Effectively collaborate with internal teams as necessary to support the successful implementation of a sale to ensure customer satisfaction, project quality, and profitability. Track sales results and prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance metrics. Present opportunities for improvement to the product line and processes as needed. Attend industry events to represent the Company and network with industry leaders and vendors.Success Factors and Expectations:

- Excellent relationship building abilities with customers aimed at client retention.
- Effective training and coaching of the sales team to group and individual success.
- Attention to the cost and profitability of each sales contract sold.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal partners that ensures project success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
