This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, account management, business development, and leadership training while working alongside experienced professionals. As an Entry Level Business Manager, you will play an important role in helping customers understand Kinetic's internet and TV solutions while developing the communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills needed for long-term career growth. Through ongoing mentorship and professional development, the Entry Level Business Manager will gain exposure to customer management, team collaboration, and day-to-day business operations. Core Functions of the Entry Level Business Manager Assist customers in understanding Kinetic Internet and TV services, account features, and available options. Support account management efforts by helping customers identify solutions that best fit their needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to support business objectives and customer satisfaction initiatives. Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership development, communication, customer relations, and business management. Maintain knowledge of Kinetic products, services, and Kinetic-backed network expansion efforts. Help ensure customer accounts are managed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on growth, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
