Next Horizon, a leading sales and development firm, is seeking an Entry Level Manager for our AT&T sales team in Cleveland. You'll lead a sales team that helps our customers upgrade their phones, choose the right data plan, and switch to fiber. The Entry Level Manager proves that slow internet is a choice, and they're here to help our customers choose better. As an Entry Level Manager, sales and leadership training will equip you to outthink the competition with AT&T's robust offerings. The Entry Level Manager meets our customers in person, explains why AT&T's cell phones, data plans, and fiber outperform the rest, and drives sales by highlighting our unbeatable network. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager Lead daily sales activity in person by driving sales conversations that position AT&T cell phones, data plans, and Fiber as the obvious upgrade. Coach your sales team to sharpen their pitch, tighten their follow‑through, and close more accounts with confidence. Spot buying signals by reading customers quickly and steering them toward the right wireless devices and Fiber packages. Elevate customer decisions by breaking down AT&T wireless and Fiber benefits in a way that makes competitors look outdated. Drive upgrade momentum by encouraging our customers to switch to faster Fiber speeds or more flexible data plans. Set the performance pace by modeling strong sales habits and keeping the team's energy high from open to close. Qualifications of an Entry Level Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales or leadership roles is a plus; no prior experience required. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
