We offer a complete suite of solutions, from the design, engineering, installation, and servicing of state-of-the-art fire and life safety systems to training, consulting, crisis management and business continuity services. Altus Fire & Life Safety Company d/b/a ePro Services, located in Marengo, OH, is looking for Business Development Manager to join our team! We value our well-being just as much as our hard work. Responsibilities Develop and implements sales strategies to achieve company growth and profitability goals. Updates the sales pipeline and ensures that all sales opportunities are effectively tracked and managed. Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Collaborates with other departments, such as operations and accounting, to ensure sales efforts align with overall company goals and objectives. Prepares and presents sales reports to senior management to provide insight into sales performance and market trends. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the life safety industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of fire alarm & A.R.C systems and related codes and regulations. Ability to travel to meet with customers and attend industry meetings and events as needed.
