We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who is driven, organized, and ready to lead a high-performing sales team at one of the region's fastest-growing dealerships. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, strong desking and closing abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals Work closely with finance and inventory management teams Maintain strong knowledge of Kia products, market trends, and dealership programs Help recruit, train, and mentor sales staff

Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to close deals and drive profitability Experience with CRM systems and dealership software Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license required
