Sales Jarrett Logistics is a third-party logistics company headquartered in Orrville, Ohio. Our clients come from a variety of industries (such as automotive, food, and aerospace - just to name a few) but the common denominator is that they ship something. We're here to coordinate the process between our clients (mostly large manufacturing companies or suppliers) and carriers. To accomplish all of this, our team not only set up shipments for our clients, but they troubleshoot, answer questions, and fix issues before they become larger problems. Here at Jarrett, we are problem-solvers and our goal is to do great things for our clients every day. This is a position for someone who has built a pipeline that resulted in landing new customers and helped other reps along the way. It's an opportunity to step into a formal leadership role with real accountability reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. A typical day might look like: Leading and coaching business sales/business development reps responsible for top-of-funnel lead generation Establishing and enforcing prospecting standards Coaching real conversations, not just activity metrics Developing new sales/business development reps and elevating performance Driving consistent, measurable new business results This job might be right for you if: You currently live within a 45- minute drive of Orrville, Ohio You have proven success in outbound prospecting and new customer business development You have experience selling contractual solutions or services with multi-year contracts You've been successful in sales or informal leadership experience, such as mentoring, onboarding, and training You're comfortable giving direct feedback You're disciplined about metrics, standards, and follow-through What's In It For You?
