About Us As a leader in the industrial/commercial floor cleaning and preparation Industry, Jordan Power Cleaning Equipment has been serving Ohio for over 45 years in our four branch locations, and we have recently opened a location in Florida. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to lead our operations across multiple locations within a designated geographic area. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily business activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing teams and business development initiatives. As a key driver of regional success, you will work closely with corporate leadership to align regional goals with overall company objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Duties Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business targets, enhance market presence, and maximize profitability. Lead, motivate, and supervise regional teams to ensure high levels of performance, engagement, and professional development. Oversee operational processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Manage profit and loss statements for the region, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the customer base. Coordinate project management activities across multiple locations to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and adherence to budgets. Monitor sales performance metrics, develop action plans for improvement, and support regional teams in achieving sales targets. Foster a culture of process improvement by evaluating current practices and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth initiatives. Qualifications Proven management experience with a minimum of several years in a supervisory or leadership role within a multi-site environment. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing profit & loss statements and understanding financial metrics. Skilled in supervising teams, motivating staff, and fostering professional development. Background in business development with success in expanding market share. Proficiency in project management tools and process improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and drive results. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
