Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth. This role combines high-level management with hands-on leadership, overseeing sales strategies, operational efficiencies, and team performance. As a key driver of revenue and profitability, you will develop innovative sales initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring seamless execution of sales operations across all channels. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue growth and market share. Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and continuous development. Oversee profit & loss responsibilities, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the customer base. Manage sales operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Lead project management efforts for key sales initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver results. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes through process improvement techniques to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Experience Proven management experience in a senior sales or business operations role with a track record of leading successful teams. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budget oversight. Extensive experience in business development, identifying growth opportunities, and closing major deals. Skilled in project management methodologies with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
