Job Description

Growing automotive shop is seeking a motivated, dependable, and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead daily operations and help drive continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations Open and close the store Assist customers with sales, estimates, and service recommendations Manage employees, workflow, and productivity Drive sales growth and profitability Maintain excellent customer service standards
Qualifications:
Automotive, tire, and wheel experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Leadership or management experience preferred Dependable, self-motivated, and professional Must pass a drug test
Compensation & Benefits:
