Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Professional to manage and grow one of our sales locations. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for the right person.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay: 10%-13% Average earnings: $50,000/year Top performers earn $120,000+ per year
Responsibilities:
Run daily operations of a sales location Work with customers to match them with the right building or product Follow up on leads and close sales Maintain lot appearance and inventory Provide excellent customer service Track sales and communicate with management
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience (preferred) Self-motivated and reliable Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working commission-based Goal-driven and organized Management or leadership experience is a plus
