The Business Development Manager will lead strategic growth initiatives for the organization. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, cultivating key partnerships, driving revenue growth and market expansion, and account retention. Must demonstrate leadership and excellence in customer service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven track record in B2B sales, the ability to develop strategic partnerships, and a strong ability to navigate complex markets and foster long-term success. The ideal candidate is a motived sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within target markets. Lead market research efforts to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for improvement. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Visit current facilities, maintain current accounts, and provide excellent customer service. Perform and coordinate all business development activities including new client acquisition, account management, key relationship development, and account retention. Conduct client meetings and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions via Monday.com. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting efforts. Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics, including account retention. Maintain confidentiality of client, employee and proprietary business information. Understand and follow all company policies and practices regarding HIPAA. Perform other duties as requested by leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent education and experience. 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or related leadership roles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. An entrepreneurial mindset, who can thrive in a startup environment and embrace change. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must maintain client interactions via Monday.com. Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills. Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, interpreting on-going problems and suggesting possible solutions. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Possession of a valid state Driver's License. Must pass background check, drug screen and motor vehicle record (MVR). Travel required, 60-75%.
