If you bring outside sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for creating opportunities, this is your chance to make a real impact while growing your career. We're seeking a motivated, local professional with at least two or more years of high-volume sales experience (including outside sales). What You'll Do:
Drive New Business:
Identify, pursue, and convert leads into long-term client partnerships.
Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong connections with current and prospective clients.
Grow Accounts:
Expand existing business through strategic engagement and service excellence.
Represent Our Brand:
Clearly communicate our value and differentiate our services in the market.
Track Performance:
Manage sales activity, reporting, and CRM updates (Salesforce) to meet and exceed goals.
Stay Connected:
Travel throughout the Portland Metro area to support clients, build partnerships, and grow presence.
Your Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of direct sales experience, including outside sales (security industry experience preferred).
Sales Mindset:
Proven ability to turn opportunities into results.
Tech Savvy:
Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Professional Skills:
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities with emerging Leadership qualities.
Adaptability:
Quickly adjusts to changing priorities and thrives in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.
Mobility:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. This position offers a competitive annual base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 DOE, along with an uncapped commission opportunity, and a full benefits package (including health, dental, life, 401k and more).
