  • The selected candidate will assume territorial responsibility in the Washington DC/Baltimore, Central PA, Delaware and Northern Virginia area. Selected candidate will reside in the Baltimore, MD, Shrewsbury, PA, or York, PA area.
  • The Role:
  • Commercial District Managers have territorial responsibility for the administration of the Business Elite and Medium Duty Program Agreements that exist between GM and its dealers.
You will act as a consultant to the dealers by working together with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. You will be working hand in hand with the dealers to ensure that our customers have the best customer experience, from the point of purchase through the life cycle of their vehicle(s). You will be involved in a variety of activities including implementation and development of marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, market analysis and training.

Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
  • The salary range for this role is $105,600 -$140,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential:
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
