Job Description

At The Lakes of Jefferson , we believe senior living should feel personal, welcoming, and full of life. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Director to help grow occupancy, build community partnerships, and serve as the face of our beautiful assisted living community. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on connection, loves building relationships, and understands that every tour, phone call, and family interaction matters. We are looking for a professional who can bring both strategy and heart to the role — someone who can drive results while helping families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
What You'll Do:
Drive occupancy growth through community outreach, networking, and lead generation Conduct tours for prospective residents and families Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior service organizations, and community partners Manage inquiry follow-up and lead conversion processes Coordinate marketing events, open houses, and community engagement initiatives Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership and clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions and resident transitions Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reporting Represent the community with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare sales, admissions, or healthcare marketing will only be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Highly organized with strong follow-up skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership teams Experience with CRM or lead management systems preferred Why Join The Lakes of Jefferson?
