As a Client Partner in our Pennsylvania Metro market, you'll work closely with enterprise pharmaceutical clients, building deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and operations. You'll stay closely connected to your clients' strategies, regulatory environment, and industry dynamics, proactively identifying opportunities where Slalom can help address complex challenges and accelerate outcomes. Client Partners are accountable for both opportunity identification and the active leadership of delivery across their accounts, remaining deeply involved in execution and working closely with Slalom teams to drive strong client outcomes and long-term impact. What You'll Do A Client Partner builds and grows long-term relationships at enterprise pharma accounts in the Philadelphia region. This role aligns to Slalom's Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) domain, with a strong emphasis on pharmaceutical commercialization, R D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and enterprise technology transformation. Primary responsibilities include representing Slalom's consulting and technical services within assigned accounts, setting strategic direction, driving delivery excellence, leading teams, and owning revenue growth and account health. Serve as a trusted advisor, owning the full lifecycle from pursuit through delivery for enterprise pharma engagements Grow and deepen Slalom's footprint within assigned Philadelphia-based pharmaceutical accounts Partner with client leaders to influence strategic business and technology direction and identify opportunities where Slalom can support enterprise-scale initiatives Maintain a utilization target of at least 40% while balancing client leadership and account growth Own revenue responsibility of approximately $4-6M+ across assigned accounts Identify opportunities to expand and mature Slalom offerings within pharma accounts and help set the direction for that growth Provide executive oversight and governance for sold and managed engagements Drive business development efforts, including opportunity shaping, SOW creation, and deal execution Maintain strong awareness of pharma industry trends, regulatory considerations, and client-specific business drivers, and understand how Slalom practice areas integrate to deliver value Oversee delivery quality and ensure consistent execution across complex, multi-workstream engagements Support client satisfaction measurement and ongoing relationship health What You'll Bring 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a strong track record of growing and managing enterprise accounts Deep experience leading engagements and teams across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on delivery excellence Proven success managing senior client relationships within large, complex pharmaceutical organizations Consulting experience within a professional services-focused environment Strong background in enterprise-scale program and project delivery Prior experience being accountable for account financial performance, including achieving revenue and profitability targets Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience navigating the regulatory, operational, and technology complexity of enterprise pharma organizations About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Director level is $164,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
