We are seeking an extraordinary Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to anchor our corporate home office in Pittsburgh. This isn't a role for a bystander—you will be the strategic mastermind and ultimate motivator for our regional portfolio of premier senior living communities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
(Your Mission): Be the
Strategic Mastermind:
Develop and launch high-impact regional sales and marketing plans that drive rapid occupancy growth and boost census numbers across our communities.
Coach & Inspire:
Act as a hands-on mentor, trainer, and champion for our community Sales Directors, giving them the tools, strategies, and motivation they need to hit their targets.
Command Market Data:
Analyze competitive landscapes, dive deep into regional market trends, and strategically adjust pricing and positioning to keep our communities ahead of the pack. Supercharge the
Brand:
Partner with home office leadership to create cutting-edge digital marketing, social media, and local PR campaigns that make Oakdale Seniors Alliance the #1 choice for families. Own the
Results:
Keep your finger on the pulse of regional metrics, tracking inquiry-to-tour conversion rates and executing creative, aggressive course corrections when goals aren't being met. Hit the
Road:
Regularly visit our beautiful regional communities to audit the guest experience, maximize lead management, and participate in exciting local networking events.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE LEADERBOARD
Industry Expertise:
A minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales and marketing management experience specifically within senior living (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care). Multi-site or regional oversight experience is a massive plus!
A Proven Track Record:
You are a closer. You have a documented history of turning around low-occupancy communities and blowing past sales goals.
Tech & CRM Savvy:
Advanced knowledge of CRM tracking, lead nurturing pipelines, and modern digital marketing trends.
Unstoppable Communication:
Exceptional charisma, public speaking skills, and an innate ability to inspire diverse teams to achieve great things.
Road-Ready Energy:
The willingness to travel regularly throughout our regional territory to support individual communities hands-on.
