Our products are used in critical applications including military and defense, radiation shielding, industrial tooling, and other high-performance environments. We are committed to delivering precision-engineered materials and building long-term partnerships with customers worldwide. Position Overview The Director of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading T&D Materials Manufacturing's sales organization. This position reports directly to the Owner of the company and plays a key role in shaping sales strategy and company growth. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience managing teams, coaching sales professionals, and expanding into new markets within technical or industrial industries. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a sales team of 12-20 sales representatives Drive overall sales growth by setting clear goals, strategies, and performance expectations Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve performance and professional growth Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets, industries, and geographic regions Identify new applications and opportunities for high-density metal products Work closely with ownership and cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, operations) to align sales strategy with company capabilities Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts; report results directly to the Owner Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners Participate in major account management and contract negotiations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred 8+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical products Proven experience leading and coaching a sales team Strong background in driving revenue growth and market expansion Experience with international customers and complex sales cycles preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Percentage-based bonus tied to total team sales performance Additional performance-based bonuses Opportunity to work directly with ownership and influence company-wide growth
