About the Role As a Client Operations Lead, you will own a portfolio of health center clients end-to-end, from implementation kickoff through go-live and long-term success. You will be a power user and champion of nuReferrals, our referral capture platform powered by par8o, helping clients maximize 340B referral capture, improve program performance, and unlock meaningful revenue to reinvest in patient care. This role combines client partnership, project execution, and 340B subject matter expertise. You bring the credibility to earn trust from a pharmacy technician and the polish to present in a QBR to a CEO. You are comfortable operating across workflows, identifying gaps, and turning insights into action. When a client captures more 340B savings, improves program performance, and achieves their goals, that success is directly tied to your work. What You'll Do Client Outcomes and Success Own a portfolio of health center clients as their primary point of contact for 340B referral capture Deliver performance reporting and QBRs, proactively surfacing opportunities to improve program outcomes Drive referral capture optimization using nuReferrals, helping clients close the loop on eligible referrals Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and have a knowledgeable partner, not a ticket queue Implementation and Execution Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live Manage timelines, milestones, and coordination across internal and client stakeholders Identify gaps in execution and drive resolution to keep clients on track Performance and Optimization Analyze client data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance Support clients in improving both operational efficiency and financial outcomes Internal Collaboration and Growth Act as the voice of the client internally, partnering with Product, Data, and Operations teams to improve solutions Develop and assess analyses and reporting to support clients and internal stakeholders Identify and help drive revenue-generating opportunities across your portfolio Contribute to documentation, training materials, and process improvement effortsRequirements:
What You Bring To be qualified for this role, you will have: Significant experience in a client-facing role within healthcare, such as customer success, account management, implementation, or operations, with demonstrated ownership of client outcomes Experience working with or within Community Health Centers (FQHCs), health systems, or similar care settings Working knowledge of the 340B program, with the ability to speak credibly to stakeholders across roles Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams with consistent, high-quality execution Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both frontline users and executive stakeholders Sharp analytical instincts, with the ability to identify problems, dig into data, and surface opportunities proactively High proficiency in Excel; comfortable building reports and doing basic data analysis Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to dig deeper to understand what is really happening Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with 340B referral capture or similar workflows Familiarity with 340B software platforms, pharmacy operations, or EHR systems in FQHC settings Experience with par8o, nuReferrals, or similar referral management tools Exposure to contract pharmacy, TPA relationships, or 340B compliance Who Thrives Here You are a detail-oriented doer who can zoom out and see how your work connects to the bigger picture.
