Ensures proactive management of deployed sales teams - to ensure ES is achieving all agreed to objective in SOW and meeting agreed metrics. Looks for ways to enhance / add value to strategic engagements. Partners with Operational Team lead to ensure work processes and client deliverables are optimized and timelyWorks closely with prospective clients to grow ES DS business. Works closely with existing clients to grow and enhance ES footprint.
Developing a pipeline of excellent talent and prospective clients to fill future business needsPartners with cross-functional partners on strategy for growth and executional excellencePlans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs, and services to upgrade ES competitively in the marketplace.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
All other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university/collegeExperience and/or Training prior experience in leading Pharmaceutical sales team and experience with a service organization), minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical leadership.

Job DescriptionThis position will lead business within the Deployment Solution function. He/she will manage leaders of sales team we deploy as necessary. The ED of Commercial Deployment will also manage Virtual Engagement (Inside sales) team as necessary. National Business Directors, Project Directors, Project leads will report into this position. They will represent the BU on scoping and commercial opportunities to both consult and advise and represent to clients on business development, strategy, and delivery/execution.Duties include:
