The Opportunity As an AV Sales Manager, you are the strategic bridge between client vision and technical reality. You won't just be "hitting quotas"—you'll be a consultant-partner to your clients, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to solve their most critical communication challenges.

What You'll Do Drive Strategic Growth:

Identify and penetrate new market segments (K-12, Medical, Municipalities) using a consultative, value-based sales approach.

Consult & Design:

Work closely with stakeholders to uncover pain points and recommend bespoke AV ecosystems that align with their organizational goals. Own the

Lifecycle:

From initial discovery and internal collaboration with engineering/PM teams to final project hand-off, you ensure a "white-glove" experience for every client. Master the

Market:

Stay at the forefront of AV trends and competitive landscapes to maintain AVDOXA's position as an industry leader. Collaborate for

Success:

Utilize our internal technical resources to streamline quotes and orders, ensuring your focus remains on building relationships and closing deals.

Who You Are The Pro:

You have 2+ years of AV Sales experience (CTS certification is a major plus) and a proven track record of finding new clients and closing sales that fully meet the client's needs for the long-term win.

The Consultant:

You possess advanced selling principles and can provide strategic advice rather than just reading from a catalog.

The Disciplined Hunter:

You are self-motivated, data-driven, and possess the perseverance required to navigate complex, long-cycle sales.
