Role Description This is a remote role, HQ located in Saint Johns, FL, for a Brand Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, oversee account management and cultivate relationships, and identify new partnership opportunities to strengthen community engagement. Essential responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, negotiating agreements, and analyzing partnership performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance and optimize strategies Experience in establishing and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships Proficiency in Account Management and relationship building Exceptional Communication skills for internal teams and external stakeholders Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong, long-lasting professional relationships Understanding of community dynamics and local business needs is a plus Prior recruitment or business development related experience required.
