Job Description
USCYBERCOMMAND
growth activities by facilitating business opportunities through the business acquisition process Coordinate closely with profit and loss (P&L) stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology and strategic growth strategies, resources, and new business priorities and customers missions Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners Develop strong relationships with internal technical and operational leads to act as a bridge between Operations and Growth Contribute to IC Growth Strategy by supporting strategic captures, meaningfully contributing to proposals efforts, white papers, and investment planning to drive technical innovation and differentiation in competitive pursuits and customer engagement Lead, participate and travel to trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience) Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph security clearance Minimum of 10 years' direct experience with the MPO andUSCYBERCOMMAND
customers Understanding of cyber operations, SIGINT, and software tool development capabilities. Proven record of pursuing and winning new business opportunities of significant size, and complexity of scope Demonstrated ability to earn trust and respect of key customers including successfully managing difficult/delicate customer conversations. Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact at executive levels of Government and industry Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience) Strong communications skills and emotional intelligence. A positive, proactive, "can do" attitude; self-confident without being overbearing; treats others with respect Physical Demands Ability to work in an office environment (Hybrid) Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent) Clearance Level Top Secret with Poly The salary range for this role is: $167,500 - $246,225 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.ITAR Requirement:
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR").
