We're looking for a smart, organized, personable, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help generate new conversations and opportunities for our growing marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful remote work with flexibility - including stay-at-home moms returning to the workforce or looking for a career they can build from home. If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable following up consistently, and like the idea of helping businesses solve problems, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
Research industries, businesses, and potential opportunities Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking Start conversations and identify businesses that may be a fit for our services Schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful follow-up Track outreach activity and notes inside our CRM Collaborate with our internal team on outreach strategies and growth ideas Help generate referrals, partnerships, and new business opportunities Stay organized and consistent with communication efforts
