We need a market-breaker who is ready to out-hustle the competition and secure high-volume accounts. This is a "hunter" role designed for someone who thrives under pressure. As a Business Development Manager, you will own the light industrial landscape, identifying high-volume accounts and outmaneuvering the competition to secure partnerships. Market:
Relentlessly prospect and identify new business through cold outreach, boots-on-the-ground networking, and local market mastery.
Consultative Closing:
Master the art of the "win" by diagnosing client pain points and delivering staffing solutions that keep manufacturing lines moving. Control the
Room:
Lead meetings with decision-makers, navigating the manufacturing floor and the executive suite with equal confidence.
Strategic Partnerships:
Build an unshakable book of business by becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the region.
Execution & Precision:
Track your "stats" in our CRM with the discipline of a pro athlete—metrics, pipeline, and outreach are your scoreboard.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with our recruiting and ops teams to ensure every promise you make to a client is a promise kept. Master the
Deal:
Get hands-on with pricing, negotiation, and contract strategy to maximize territory profitability.
The Requirements Education:
High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Professional Selling is preferred
The Competitive Edge:
1+ years of experience in high-activity environments (Sales, Hospitality, Retail, or Collegiate Athletics).

You are a natural connector who isn't afraid to walk into a plant and start a conversation.
