Overview Atlas Facade Restoration is a fast-growing commercial construction services company specializing in facade repair, PVDF (Kynar) paint restoration, and protective coatings . We are looking for a driven, self-starting sales professional who knows how to win work in the construction industry. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business with general contractors, glazing contractors, and property managers. If you're someone who can walk onto a jobsite, build relationships, and close work—this role has serious earning potential . What You'll Do Generate new business through cold outreach, jobsite visits, and networking Build relationships with: General Contractors (PMs, Supers, Project Execs) Curtain wall / glazing contractors Property & asset managers Identify opportunities for: In-field paint repair (Kynar / PVDF coatings) Protective coatings during construction Manage deals from first contact through close Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project handoff What We're Looking For 3+ years in construction or building materials sales Proven ability to prospect and close new business Comfortable working in and around active construction jobsites Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality (this is not an account management role)
Preferred Experience:
Selling to General Contractors Experience with coatings, paint systems, glazing, or building envelope Existing network in DFW construction market Compensation (Aggressive / Uncapped)
Base Salary:
$50,000 - $70,000
Commission:
8-12% on revenue generated Total Compensation (OTE): $150,000 - $250,000+ Uncapped commission — high performers will earn significantly more
