Providing quality products, a vast array of value added services, education, training, friendly employees and competitive prices allows Yandle-Witherspoon Supply, Inc. to be a major force in the HVAC industry in North and South Carolina. Primary Responsibilities Travel within sales territory to meet with customers providing knowledge and resources to help their business Seek out and qualify new business opportunities Maintain a good time-management balance between building and maintaining existing customer relationships with establishing new opportunities Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company story and our products to help differentiate us in the market Attend and engage with our training resources (in-person and online) to continually grow your product and sales knowledge Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory Work efficiently individually, as well as effectively as a team member with branch personnel Necessary Qualities/Skills Strong negotiation and objection countering skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software Self-starters with a keen ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong teamwork skills Professional and organized High School Diploma Preferred Experience 3 years of sales experience 1 year of HVAC sales experience Benefits Strong Health Care Package 401K with company contribution Paid vacations, holidays and sick leave •Salary is negotiable based on experience•
