Contract Job Overview:

The Client Delivery Director will serve as a senior domain and delivery leader responsible for guiding enterprise IT and digital transformation programs within the HVAC industry. The role focuses on aligning business processes with technology solutions, advising executive stakeholders, and driving modernization across ERP, data, and enterprise application ecosystems.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong domain expertise in HVAC industry business processes including manufacturing, supply chain, service, parts, and dealer channels. Experience in enterprise IT, ERP, and digital transformation programs. Experience working with executive leadership including CIO, CDO, and VP-level stakeholders. Experience advising on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong understanding of enterprise application modernization and IT transformation strategies.

Experience:

Experience translating HVAC or industrial business processes into technology requirements. Experience supporting enterprise operating model design and KPI frameworks. Experience guiding legacy to modern system transformation initiatives. Experience working across ERP, data platforms, analytics, and connected enterprise systems. Experience supporting account strategy, solution shaping, and large-scale program delivery. Experience mentoring teams on domain-specific and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Act as HVAC industry domain authority for enterprise IT, ERP, and digital transformation programs. Translate HVAC business processes into technology requirements and solution frameworks. Provide guidance on operating models, KPIs, and modernization priorities. Collaborate with CIO, CDO, and VP-level IT leaders to define transformation roadmaps. Partner with business unit IT leaders across commercial, residential, supply, and service domains. Support executive decision-making with industry insights, tradeoffs, and best practices. Advise on ERP strategy and enterprise application modernization initiatives. Enable alignment between ERP systems, data platforms, and digital ecosystems. Guide legacy system transformation into modern enterprise architectures. Support account strategy, pursuits, and solution development with HVAC domain expertise. Mentor internal teams on HVAC industry processes, governance, and business behavior.

Should Have:

Strong consulting or advisory experience in industrial or manufacturing domains. Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Strong understanding of digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and cloud adoption.

Qualification And Education:
