COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services has an opening for a Commercial Business Development Manager A Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers while being able to sell professional cleaning services. As a Business Development Manager you will: Grow the existing customer base by prospecting local businesses. Following upon incoming sales leads.

Manage others within the office Establish and maintain professional relationships with property managers, facility managers, engineers, owners, decision makers, etc. Your target market will include, but are not limited to, office buildings, schools, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, senior centers, etc. Actively cross promote our Cleaning and Maintenance Services. Actively develop and maintain sales and client/prospect base within the designated market and records in CRM System. This includes but is not limited to: weekly personal visits, telephone calls or e-mails to generate and build relationships while recording progress in CRM. Represent the restoration/commercial sales functions including but not limited to trade shows, continuing education classes, lunches, meetings, golf tournaments as well as any other functions as needed. Business Development Managers will be provided with: Consultative, customer-focused sales techniques that harnesses the expertise of our company and set us apart from our competition. Fast-paced work environment that is highly competitive and requires personal sales visits to clients. (auto allowance provided) Comprehensive PAID training.

Business Development Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years sales/marketing experience. Microsoft Office experience MUST have experience managing others Proven presentation skills, sales proposal design and development experience< Strong business knowledge and excellent problem solving abilities Must be a self-starter with initiative, intuition, and be familiar with consultative selling skills. Organized person with positive attitude who is honest and looking to work for an ethical business Must be an outgoing, personable individual who makes a good first impression with customers Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team . Experience in Commercial Sales, Cleaning Services and/or the Restoration industry is a plus but not a requirement. Ability to drive new residential business
