The role offers an opportunity to lead corporate sales initiatives across the United States market, drive hotel revenue growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand long-stay and corporate accommodation business for Studio 6 properties across multiple US regions.

- Texas Ohio / New York Region Florida / Biloxi Region Massachusetts Region California (2 Positions) Role Overview We are hiring experienced Corporate Sales Managers to drive B2B sales and corporate account acquisition for the USA hospitality market. The role will focus on generating business from companies requiring extended stay accommodations, project-based stays, crew accommodations, relocation stays, insurance stays, healthcare travel stays, and corporate travel partnerships across designated US territories. The candidate should have strong exposure to hospitality sales, US market business development, hotel corporate sales, travel partnerships, or accommodation sales. We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead business development and corporate account acquisition initiatives for Studio 6. The candidate will be responsible for generating business from corporate clients, travel partners, relocation agencies, project-based businesses, and long-stay accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality sales, B2B sales, corporate account management, and revenue generation with exposure to hotel or travel industry sales processes. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients across assigned US territories for hotel bookings and extended-stay accommodations Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth Build relationships with US-based corporates, travel management companies, relocation agencies, insurance housing providers, contractors, construction companies, healthcare staffing firms, and project-based businesses Manage end-to-end corporate account onboarding and relationship management Conduct sales meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with clients Generate leads through LinkedIn, outbound sales, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and hospitality partnerships within the US market Coordinate with hotel operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth client servicing Track sales performance, occupancy contribution, and revenue targets Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and account activity reports Analyze US hospitality market trends, competitor activities, occupancy patterns, and pricing strategies across assigned territories Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships with key accounts Support marketing and promotional initiatives for business growth Mentor and guide junior sales team members or interns when required Requirements Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field Corporate account management Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Experience handling corporate accounts and revenue targets Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities Strong understanding of the US business environment and customer expectations Comfortable working in US shifts and coordinating with North America-based stakeholders Ability to manage regional sales pipelines and corporate partnerships remotely Share me the resume at shekhar.singh1@oyorooms.com
