Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) - REMOTE About the Role My client is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem to join thier growing team. This is a hunter-focused role designed for a driven sales professional who is ready for upward mobility and wants a clear path to Director of Sales or VP of Sales. This is an opportunity to help build and standardize the sales function from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referral channels
  • Independently source and develop leads (hunter mentality required)
  • Run product demonstrations with functional support when needed
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposal, and close
  • Build, refine, and standardize the company's sales process
  • Maintain and manage pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed quota Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4-7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including ERP and CRM/CE
  • Experience with Power Platform is acceptable
  • Background primarily in Salesforce or HubSpot environments is not preferred
  • Proven ability to run demos independently
  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup setting
  • Flexible, proactive, and excited about building processes and infrastructure
  • Strong desire for career progression into sales leadership Industries & Target Market
