Job Summary:

This role focuses on optimizing complex sales transactions to drive revenue and sales team effectiveness. You will lead the deal approval process, ensuring compliance with policies and customer needs. Your expertise will be crucial in structuring profitable, multi-element agreements and collaborating with various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and accelerate the end-to-end deal approval process. Structure profitable and compliant sales transactions that meet customer and company needs. Draft, review, and certify customer contracts, ensuring adherence to policies. Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Must Have Skills:

Proven experience in deal structuring, sales finance, or sales operations. Proficiency in drafting and analyzing sales agreements and contracts. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and software subscription models.

Domain/Industry Experience:

Software or Technology Sales Operations preferred.
