This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build meaningful relationships within the luxury residential market and create long-term strategic partnerships with contractors, designers, builders, architects, realtors, and industry professionals. Our vision is to position Gallery 41 as the leading luxury kitchen, bath, and remodeling relationship platform in the North Bay. Responsibilities Include Developing contractor, builder, and designer relationships Expanding referral partnerships throughout the North Bay Hosting and coordinating industry events and networking gatherings Managing CRM and partner outreach systems Collaborating on luxury brand positioning and client experience Identifying partnership and growth opportunities Representing Gallery 41 within the local design and construction community Ideal Candidate Strong relationship-building and networking skills Experience in luxury residential, design, hospitality, real estate, or construction industries Professional, polished, and socially confident Organized and proactive Passion for luxury homes, design, architecture, and client experience Existing local industry relationships are highly valued compensation

Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Travel:

Regular local driving is required to fulfill job duties.

Compensation:

Mileage reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travel at the standard federal/IRS rate. Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
