Job Description

Remote in Hoffman Estates, ILDirector of Federal MatrixSpace is addressing the next generation of AI-enabled sensing solutions using real-time edge-based sensing to sense, detect, and recognize objects and motion in any situation. MatrixSpace's ability tobine industry leading RF sensing, AI edge processing and RFmunication in real-time is a major technology breakthrough with multiple vertical market applications. We are seeking a Director of to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for MatrixSpace's unique portable radar systems by selling directly into the US federalernment - specifically, the Department of War/Defense.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, establishing clear goals, accountability, and culture of performance and collaboration.
