Duties Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that support organizational growth and strategic objectives Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize value Develop comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with business development goals and market trends Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, coordinating across marketing, sales, and project management teams Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration, satisfaction, and renewal Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track engagement activities, measure success metrics, and optimize outreach efforts Drive strategic planning processes to align partnership activities with broader organizational priorities and market opportunities Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and partnership pipelines Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives Deep understanding of marketing strategies to promote partnership programs effectively Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with internal teams and external partners Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a results-driven setting Join us as we build impactful alliances that propel our organization forward!
