remote, on-site, travel The Divisional Director of Sales leads growth across the division by building, developing, and inspiring a high-performing sales team. This role is accountable for revenue and census performance, strategic market development, and strong referral partnerships—all while ensuring ethical, compliant, and patient-centered sales practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic sales professional who thrives in healthcare environments and enjoys partnering across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Liaisons to consistently achieve growth targets. Recruit, onboard, and train top-performing sales talent. Set performance expectations and conduct regular coaching, ride-alongs, and evaluations. Partner with Administrators to develop quarterly business plans aligned to divisional priorities. Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive activity to guide strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and key institutions. Lead weekly team planning sessions and monthly growth meetings with leadership. Collaborate with admissions, clinical, and operations teams to support seamless patient transitions. Track performance using CRM tools and report results to senior sales leadership. Ensure all sales activity is ethical, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards. Monitor industry changes and payment models to inform long-term growth planning. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of successful sales experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred. 5+ years of sales leadership or people management experience. Proven ability to build, motivate, and hold teams accountable. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
