Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Sales Manager to lead our direct sales efforts in engaging potential customers face-to-face. In this energetic role, you will oversee a team of door to door sales representatives, develop strategic outreach plans, and drive business growth through effective door-to-door engagement. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence market expansion and build lasting customer relationships using innovative sales techniques and technology-driven tools. Your compensation will be composed of a base salary plus commission based on your team hitting sales targets. This position is both hybrid and work from home. Sales meetings will occur at head office - however your day to day activities can be performed at a home office. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, interview, hire and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting residential or commercial clients through direct outreach. Conduct training sessions on negotiation skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. Execute outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new business opportunities. Foster strong relationships with prospects by demonstrating excellent communication skills and understanding their needs. Coordinate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches continuously. Experience Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environments with a focus on direct or field sales. 3+ Years In Door to Door Sales Management is Necessary Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and closing deals through face-to-face interactions. Hands-on experience using CRM software such as High Level or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines with a strong technical aptitude Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
