Role Description The Enterprise Client Director is a full-time role based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some remote flexibility. This role focuses on building strong relationships with enterprise clients, managing key accounts, and collaborating with teams to provide tailored IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing sales strategies, managing client portfolios, providing consultancy, leading teams to execute client engagements, and driving sales growth in alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications 3+ Years of experience with an OEM, Value - Added Reseller or Service Provider Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to build and maintain lasting partnerships with enterprise clients. Experience in Consulting and understanding client-specific business challenges to provide tailored IT solutions. Proven expertise in Team Management to lead, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams effectively. Demonstrated success in Sales, including crafting strategies to drive growth and meet revenue goals. Proficiency with IT solutions and technology trends relevant to enterprise-level environments.Pay:
