Job Description

Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Solutions Specialist is a high-impact revenue driver, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value revenue opportunities within large-scale enterprise accounts. This role serves as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients, translating complex technical requirements into customized IP fiber, broadband, and infrastructure solutions that align with the business goals of corporate clients, school districts, and medical facilities. As a results-driven professional, you will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to final negotiations, by selling a comprehensive suite of telecommunications products including IP voice, IP data, cloud connectivity, managed services, and multi-location networking. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Enterprise Sales:
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new enterprise-level accounts
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
  • Selling solutions include
WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, SIP, IP
Voice, lit/dark/wavelength fiber connectivity, cloud, and managed services.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, Procurement)
  • Develop customized telecom solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models.
  • Respond to E-Rate RFP requests within E-Rate timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams to design solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual revenue quotas
  • Stay current on telecom trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Enter and maintain all Enterprise opportunities into Salesforce ensuring data accuracy. Manage "flow of opportunities" inputs from internal/external transactions
  • Manage quote response data from Network Type II Partners in Salesforce building quotes for each opportunity.
  • Provide response and process On-Net and Off-Net multi-location (multiple locations) request for quotes to approved partners, provide response to Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate with Enterprise & Carrier Services Manager on the upload of pricing updates, product updates, and pricing zone management
  • Work closely with Support Engineer to facilitate the design and preparation of customer proposals.
  • Utilize evaluation and tracking systems to accurately report sales numbers and monthly forecasts. Coordinate updates with management to Enterprise dashboard SILOs (i.e., Qualification, Needs Analysis, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost, Order Received dates, FOC dates, In-Billing dates)
  • Maintain expertise in sales process and CRM management. Able to provide accurate and timely information as required.
  • Attach third party quote requests in Salesforce, special construction Statement of Work (SOW) requirements to opportunities
  • Attend or provide updates/reports for sales activities in management meetings.
Contract Coordination:
  • Manage legal documents in Concord and Salesforce ensuring all documents are referenced to the correct naming convention for the opportunity, Type II partner and customer.
  • Collaborate with internal GVTC departments and executive team to ensure all required documents are signed and maintained, once approved by Carrier Ethernet Services Manager.
  • Assist contract management and Carrier & Enterprise Sales Manager with completion of addendums, service order templates with customer and Type II partner (Supplier).
  • Attach third party quote requests in Salesforce, special construction Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, to opportunities for completion of Aid to Construction agreements with Customer.
Salesforce CRM Technical Support:
  • Assist with IT and Salesforce technical support on CRM issues and updates.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using all resources to find a solution to issues.
  • Insert and update all products within Salesforce ensuring accuracy with GVCS products and pricing.
  • Assist IT with tracking and maintaining all future updates and upgrades in Salesforce to ensure easy transition into newest version with limited issues.
Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of B2B telecom or technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies (fiber, MPLS, SD-WAN, VoIP, DIA).
  • Experience selling to mid-market or large enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong, professional, presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience selling for telecom carriers or providers such as AT&T, Verizon, Lumen Technologies, or Comcast Business.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Work independently in a dynamic environment, consistently achieving key milestones.
  • Manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Make decision and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of organization.
  • Self-starter with high level of confidence in their own abilities.
  • Existing book of enterprise business contacts.
  • Great attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work within firm deadlines.
  • Experience responding to complex RFPs
  • Knowledge of E-Rate sales processes.
  • Technical certifications (e.
g., networking, cloud, or telecom certifications)
Education/Experience:
Position requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; however prior job experience and individual capabilities will be considered. Prefer at least 3 to 7+ years' experience in large account sales.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple and complex instructions and correspondence.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to deal with and solve problems using solid judgment skills. Position requires the ability to prioritize job responsibilities and to carry out assignments independently while keeping management informed of all pertinent issues. Position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Technical Skills:
Job requires strong computer-based skills. Require strong PC skills with emphasis on MS Office 365, Google Earth, and Salesforce CRM programs with emphasis on the advanced features and functions of these programs .

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
