The Government Services Administration " GSA " Sales Rental Manager leads the GSA rental effort for assigned territory.
Essential Functions:
Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental and sales efforts Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company Prepare the necessary paperwork Proper use of our
Systems:
TSD, GSA STR
Website Gmail and Master's Website Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar Attend Trade Shows Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Attend company meetings as required Client development and relationships Other duties as assigned by manager

Work Environment:
Hybrid home office with on-site at company offices up to 50% of the time
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Min 2 years or more sales experience Maintain a valid CDL with medical card - Need to add P endorsement
