Work Requirements:
Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions for your work from home days Reliable high-speed internet connection Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Demonstrate strategic ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a remote team with minimal oversight
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience with proven success Minimum of 6 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of sales success including cross-selling
Licensing:
Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year

Eligible for monthly performance-based bonus
