Position Summary:
The Junior Account Manager
  • Candle Segment supports the growth of the candle business across North America by managing day-to-day customer activity, developing new prospects, and supporting execution of key projects.
This role focuses on pipeline development, customer support, and commercial execution, working closely with the Candle Segment Leader and cross-functional teams. This position reports to thenational Sales Manager
  • Candle Segment Leader in the B2B Division.
The position offers strong development potential within a strategic segment, and required to be a commutable distance to the office to be available on site as needed
Key Responsibilities:

Support sustainable business growth through development of new and existing candle accounts Conduct outbound prospecting to candle brands, fillers, importers, and distributors Manage and update opportunity pipeline and CRM tracking Support preparation of pricing proposals using company templates Follow up on quotes, samples, and project timelines Interact regularly with customers through calls and virtual meetings Support customer visits and trade show preparation Coordinate sampling and new product development requests Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Design Track market trends and competitor activity within the candle industry Support forecast updates and demand tracking Assist with execution of value-added decoration opportunities Champion the sale of secondary decorative processes (e.g., coating, frosting, printing) as value-added services to our glass jars.
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1-4 years of sales, account management, or inside sales experience B2B or manufacturing experience preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills High energy and proactive mindset Comfortable with outbound prospecting and customer interaction Strong communication and relationship-building skills Basic google Suit skills CRM experience preferred Interest in the candle or home fragrance industry and Sustainability is a plus
