About Us Windtree Technology Inc. locates in the city of Pomona, CA, with the neighborhood of the California State Polytechnic University. We provide innovative educational hardware and software, especially STEM materials, hands-on kits, curriculum, and technology services. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated K12 Education Sales Manager to join our team and drive excellence in revenue growth by leading teams. Job Summary The K12 Education Sales Mangager role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by leading teams to sell products or services to school districts, charter schools, public schools or private schools. They focus on acquiring new accounts, retaining existing clients, managing sales pipelines, and developing strategic partnerships to meet ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets in K12 Education. Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor Account Executives to achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in K12 Education Develop and execute regional or national sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. Build relationships with school district administrators, superintendents, directors, technology leaders, principals, and other decision makers.Pipeline & Forecasting:
Oversee CRM (e.g., Salesforce) data, conducting regular pipeline reviews and accurate forecasting.Product Expertise:
Act as a trusted advisor to educators, conducting product demonstrations and presentations.Collaboration:
Work with marketing, product, and finance teams to refine marketing tactics.Qualifications:
5+ years of direct sales experience in the K-12 education market, with at least 2+ years leading a team, often managing over Deep understanding of K-12 procurement, purchasing cycles, and educational technology trends. Proficiency in consultative sales, including frameworks likeMEDDPICC.
Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to travel (sometimes up to 50%) to meet clients and attend conferences.Pay:
