We work with entrepreneurs, retailers, and park districts across the country to deliver turnkey pet wash solutions—including a growing revenue-share model with municipalities. We're a hands-on, growing company where the work is tangible—you'll see projects go from order to finished product every day. The Opportunity This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in both the customer and production sides of a business. You'll work directly with customers to finalize their orders while also staying closely connected to the factory floor to ensure everything is built correctly and on time. What You'll Do Customer & Sales Coordination Communicate with entrepreneurs, retailers, and park districts Guide customers from inquiry through finalized order Present both direct purchase and revenue-share options Confirm all selections (door orientation, layout, graphics, etc.) Operations & Manufacturing Oversight Work closely with the production team to keep builds on schedule Walk the factory floor daily to monitor progress and quality Ensure each unit is built to exact specifications Identify and resolve issues quickly Procurement & Organization Assist with ordering materials and tracking needs Manage multiple builds and timelines simultaneously Keep projects organized from start to finish What Success Looks Like Projects completed accurately and on time Clear, consistent communication with customers Minimal errors or rework Organized workflow across multiple active builds Positive experience for every customer What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in person Able to manage multiple moving parts at once Self-starter who solves problems without waiting for direction Willing to move between desk work and the factory floor daily Personable and team-oriented
