We are hiring a bilingual Korean/English Operations & Business Development Lead to help build our referral partner network, client relationships, and day-to-day business operations. This is NOT a sales position. This is a high-ownership role working directly with leadership inside a fast-growing entrepreneurial company. Work Environment This is a hybrid role combining office collaboration, remote flexibility (for the right person), and in-person networking. What You'll Do Build and coordinate relationships with referral partners Attend networking meetings and industry events from time to time Support day-to-day business coordination and follow-up Coordinate social media, YouTube, and Korean-language content distribution Help build company systems and processes as the company grows Who This Role Is For Someone who wants to build a career in real estate, finance, or entrepreneurship Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with people Interested in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment rather than a traditional corporate role Ambitious, coachable, professional, and eager to grow alongside the company Requirements Professional fluency in English and Korean (professional level) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new systems Preferred Background in marketing, mortgage, real estate, banking, hospitality, recruiting, retail (e.g. restaurant), or general business operations No prior mortgage experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
