Position Overview Caprock is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive referral growth across assigned markets while supporting and mentoring local marketing teams. This role maintains an active referral network and works closely with Intake, Administrators, and leadership to expand services and strengthen community partnerships. This position supports growth initiatives across Licensed & Certified (L&C), Private Pay, and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across assigned territories Drive referral growth and meet production goals through strategic outreach Support and mentor assigned marketers to improve performance and market presence Monitor referral trends, conversion metrics, and market opportunities Collaborate with Intake, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and leadership teams Represent Caprock professionally in the community and at networking events Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting Ensure alignment with company goals, compliance standards, and service initiatives What We're Looking For Strong relationship-building and communication skills Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and drive results Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused mindset with professional judgment Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel), laptops, and mobile devices Knowledge of healthcare referrals, post-acute services, or home health preferred Understanding of HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback compliance requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare/business experience 2-3+ years of healthcare marketing, business development, physician liaison, or related experience Experience building relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, or community partners preferred Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred Demonstrated success growing referral partnerships and managing territories Requirements Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record Clear criminal background check Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned markets Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (e.g., carrying materials for seminars and health fairs). Ability to travel to offices, referral accounts, and client locations Ability to sit, stand, drive, and carry a laptop for extended periods Ability to lift and carry work-related materials as needed Ability to perform assessments, training activities, and audits as required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions Why Caprock Home Health?
