About us We are a local, family-owned, and professional roofing company and our goal is to be dedicated to consistency and communication in roofing services...At PowCo Roofing, we are experts in all types of roofing installation including but not limited to: asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and cedar/synthetic shake roofing for both new construction projects and re-roofing. We specialize in Insurance Claim Representation, roof replacements, and are experts in storm damage.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager is a leadership position responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through training, coaching, organization, accountability, and execution of the sales team. The Sales Manager is expected to lead by example in the field, maintain mastery of all sales systems, and ensure consistent sales process execution across the team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Assign office generated leads to the team based on capacity for each representative.
  • Establish, assign, and manage sales territories
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training to showcase the features and benefits of our products
  • Monitor lead follow-up activity and conversion timelines
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Ensure proper documentation of all lead activity
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Manage your own schedule and coordinate appointments with homeowners, insurance adjusters, business owners, and contractors (BE ON TIME)
Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to walk on tall/steep roofs
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs
  • Proficiency with smart phone + pictures
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel for client meetings We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus bonus structure based on team performance, as well as a commission on self generated leads.
