We are looking for someone who can help manage customers and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a small company environment, and can help managing projects and driving execution.
This role combines:
Sales management Customer relationship management Distributor coordination Business development Strategic support Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with distributors, restaurants, and retail accounts Identify new business opportunities Follow up with leads, samples, pricing, and customer requests Help organize sales reporting, forecasting, and customer data Assist with trade shows, customer visits, and events Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives Support marketing and promotional activities when needed Travel periodically for customer meetings and industry events Qualifications Experience in food sales, specialty foods, hospitality, distribution, or CPG preferred Experience managing accounts or distributor relationships Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic business software Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to travel as needed Italian language is a plus but not required This is an opportunity to join a growing Italian food company at an exciting stage.
