    Local and regional travel to dealer partners and event venues Position Overview Diamond Auto Protection is hiring a driven, relationship-focused Sales and Marketing Representative to grow our footprint across the automotive, boat, RV, and off-road dealer markets, as well as the commercial and residential flat glass market. In this role, you will sell and promote our premium services—paint protection film (PPF), window tint, ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, and flat glass tinting and protection for buildings and homes—while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with dealerships, builders, property managers, and direct customers. This is a commission-based role designed for self-starters who thrive on building their own book of business and being rewarded directly for the relationships and revenue they generate. We are specifically looking for someone with the ambition and leadership potential to grow into a Sales Manager role overseeing multiple locations as the company expands. Core Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing dealer partners across automotive, marine, RV, and off-road/powersports segments. Sell paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coating, and vinyl wrap packages to dealerships, finance and insurance (F&I) departments, and retail customers. Grow our flat glass business by selling window film and protection services to commercial clients (offices, retail, storefronts, property managers, general contractors) and residential homeowners. Pitch vinyl wrap services to fleet operators, small businesses, and individual customers looking for color changes, branded vehicle graphics, or full commercial wraps. Train dealer sales staff and F&I managers on product features, benefits, pricing, and how to present our protection packages to their customers. Conduct on-site visits, product demos, and lunch-and-learns at dealer locations, business offices, and job sites to keep Diamond Auto Protection top-of-mind. Identify new prospects—dealers, fleets, builders, architects, property managers, and homeowners—through cold outreach, referrals, networking events, trade shows, and industry contacts. Coordinate scheduling and workflow between customers and our installation team to ensure fast turnaround and quality delivery on both vehicle and flat glass jobs. Track leads, accounts, and pipeline activity in our CRM and provide regular reporting on sales performance. Represent Diamond Auto Protection at boat shows, RV expos, off-road events, auto shows, home and garden expos, and other regional marketing opportunities. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials targeted at dealers, commercial accounts, and end consumers. Stay current on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and product innovations across automotive appearance protection, vinyl wraps, and architectural window film. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive, marine, RV, powersports, F&I, aftermarket accessories, window film, or a related field. Strong existing relationships with dealerships, fleet operators, builders, or commercial property contacts is a major plus. Working knowledge of paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, and/or architectural flat glass film—or the willingness and aptitude to learn quickly. Comfort selling into both B2B (dealers, fleets, commercial property) and B2C (retail customers, homeowners) channels. Leadership mindset—someone who wants to grow beyond an individual sales role into managing reps and overseeing multiple locations as the business scales. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfort with cold outreach, in-person prospecting, and building rapport with decision-makers at dealerships, businesses, and homes. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
