In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies across diverse markets. Your leadership will inspire the growth of a sales team, foster strong customer relationships, and leverage cutting-edge marketing and technology tools to maximize business opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams across B2B (business-to-business) segments. Lead, motivate, and grow a high-caliber sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through proactive business development efforts. Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring effective prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals. Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals, utilizing insights from analysis skills to refine targeting and messaging. Manage Mainstreet CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics. Drive technical sales initiatives by understanding complex product solutions, providing tailored demonstrations, and addressing customer needs with expert consultation. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales with a strong record of exceeding targets in B2B environments. Demonstrated management skills with experience in growing a sales team or department. Expertise in technology or technical sales with a solid understanding of product solutions and industry applications. Proficiency in Mainstreet or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and analysis. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent business development capabilities. Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team development, motivation, and customer-centric service.
