Complex Project Manager:
Generalist, you will leverage your expertise to drive business growth through the sales of new opportunities and lead the delivery of complex services to clients. You will establish strong, trusted relationships with clients by articulating compelling solutions that convey anticipated business benefits.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Lead Project Delivery:
    Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for projects, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management to ensure successful solution delivery.
      Develop Client Relationships:
      Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through the ability to articulate compelling solutions that convey anticipated business benefits and bring together other areas of expertise.
        Identify New Business Opportunities:
        Creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, identifying new business opportunities and assisting in winning new business.
          Manage Project Resources:
          Oversee all project resources, including subcontractors, and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
            Drive Financial Success:
            Ensure the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue through the sales of new business. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

            Project Management:
            Proven experience in managing complex projects, including scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, with a strong understanding of techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
            • Experience with
            Client Relationship Building:
            Established ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients through articulating compelling solutions that convey anticipated business benefits and bringing together other areas of expertise.
            • Experience in
            Business Development:
            Successful track record of identifying new business opportunities, creatively participating in the development and sales of solutions, and assisting in winning new business.
            • Experience in
            Resource Management:
            Proven ability to manage all project resources, including subcontractors, and establish effective communication plans with project teams and clients.
            • Experience with
            Financial Management:
            Demonstrated experience in ensuring the financial success of engagements, including managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and driving services revenue growth through new business sales. Preferred technical and professional experience
              Industry Knowledge:
              Deep understanding of services engagements in specific industries, including methods and skills needed to solve business problems.
                Solution Development:
                Experience with developing and articulating compelling solutions that convey anticipated business benefits to clients.
                  Sector and Solution Activities:
                  Familiarity with participating in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities that support the delivery of complex services.
